Review: Product Quality: Very cute little beach cover up skirt with fringe!! Would be cute also worn to a festival! There is a zipper on the side of it, which I assumed it would be an elastic waistline (it is not, therefore it is not as forgiving on the size). The quality of the fabric, stitching and construction is very good. Looks just like the photos! True to product images: Looks just like the product photos! Fit: Fit true to the size chart
